I own [BUSINESS NAME] with [NUMBER] locations. Here are our newest Google reviews, copied from our Google Business pages: [PASTE REVIEWS WITH LOCATION, STAR RATING AND TEXT]. Please: 1) Put them in a table with location, stars, and whether the tone is good, mixed or bad. 2) List any review that needs a reply today. 3) Draft a short, kind reply for each review, using the reviewer's first name only. For bad reviews, say sorry, do not argue, and invite them to call [PHONE] or email [EMAIL]. 4) Tell me if any location keeps getting the same complaint.
