I keep explaining the same task to my [STAFF / CUSTOMERS]: [DESCRIBE THE TASK, e.g. how to book a job or use our portal]. Here are my rough notes on how it works: [PASTE NOTES]. Please write: 1) a short script I can read while recording a 3-minute screen video, with what to click and what to say at each step, 2) a step-by-step checklist in plain words that I can send with the video link, and 3) 5 common questions people ask about this with short answers. Keep it simple enough for someone new to follow.
How to set it up
