I run a bookkeeping firm. Below is the text from several invoices for [CLIENT NAME]: [PASTE INVOICE TEXT OR UPLOAD PHOTOS]. For each invoice, pull out: vendor name, invoice number, invoice date, due date, line items, and total. Put them in one table I can copy into a spreadsheet. Then compare them to this list of invoices we already entered: [PASTE PAST INVOICES]. Flag any that look like duplicates (same vendor and amount, or same invoice number) and any total that looks unusual for that vendor. Do not guess missing fields; mark them 'check'.
How to set it up
- Set up one inbox where clients send all their invoices.
- Have the AI pull the fields from each invoice.
- Review the odd ones it flags before they go into the books.
- Expect a learning period for each client; the case study says about two weeks.
